Went in looking for my first wig. I wanted a texture like my own mixed ethnicity hair. I especially recommend Ali's for mixed race, Middle Eastern & Jewish hair types. The man working was nice & helpful. He spent a considerable amount of time assisting me, and I chose 2 wigs...spending twice as much as intended. Only complaint- a customer, who came in AFTER me, demanded a refund for an old, worn wig. She was totally in the wrong, but wouldn't take "no" for an answer, or let him help others. If I had plans, I would've needed to leave without the wigs I desperately needed. She should've waited until he was done helping others, esp. those before her. I understand needing to help multiple customers, but she demanded all his attention, while the rest of us wanted to spend money. Nevertheless, Very humble and patient customer service indeed.
